Serbjeet Sidhu is an engineer by education, a management consultant by profession, and a writer by passion. His friends and colleagues call him Sid.
He has nearly three decades of international experience, working across business transformation, finance, technology, human resources, and supply chain; he has gained a unique perspective on how people make decisions under pressure, uncertainty, emotion, and responsibility. Those experiences have shaped both his professional thinking and his writing.
Sid is particularly interested in the choices people make when there is no perfect answer. He believes human behaviour is rarely constant; the same person may make very different decisions depending on circumstances, timing, relationships, and what is at stake.
His fiction explores these grey areas without trying to tell readers what is right or wrong. Through The Choices We Make Series, he creates situations in which every option carries a consequence and invites readers to ask themselves a simple question: What would I have done?
His other writing draws on his life and professional experiences, including themes of setbacks, opportunity, leadership, innovation, and personal growth.
Sid is also the creator of YouTube channel Claim Your Mind with Sid, where he explores ideas around decision-making, professional growth, human behaviour, and the world around us.
For him, writing is less about providing answers and more about creating conversations that stay with the reader after the final page.

Until you meet Siddu.
Siddu has one dream: Patong.
No passport. No problem.
Except the government has introduced a new rule. Before he can travel abroad, he must pass the International Social Behaviour Qualification Examination.
